More than a summit.

A day of insight, connection, practical action, and a bridge into ongoing community.

Why Kindred

Midlife deserves better than fragmented advice.

You may already know the basics: eat well, move, sleep, manage stress, see your doctor. But midlife changes the context. Hormones shift. Sleep becomes less predictable. Weight and body composition change. Caregiving, work, relationships, identity, and stress all compete for attention. Kindred brings the pieces together around the whole woman.

1

Know what’s happening.

Understand your changing body, hormones, symptoms, risks, and what deserves attention.

2

Understand what to expect.

Get clear, trusted guidance on what is common, what to watch for, and when to seek help.

3

Learn what you can do.

Leave with practical actions that support your health, confidence, strength, and long-term wellbeing.
